Spending a full week on a sailboat is a special experience in itself, even more so along the southern Adriatic coast. With its clear waters, small islands and quiet bays, the region offers beautiful conditions for both sailing and freediving.
Life on the boat quickly settles into a natural rhythm. The body adapts to the gentle movement of the sea, nights are spent slightly rocked by the waves, and the days are shaped by the light, the wind and the water. Sunrises and sunsets often become shared moments for the group, and it usually doesn’t take long before people feel connected and at home on the boat.
Throughout the week we have regular freediving sessions. Some take place on a buoy as more structured training sessions, while others are relaxed dives along the coastline. Depending on the conditions and the level of the group, we may dive close to shore or, with more experienced participants, drift in deeper water.
The sessions focus on efficient technique, equalisation and, most importantly, body awareness in the water learning to move with ease, to stay relaxed and to become familiar with the quiet pause that is each dive.
Between diving sessions we sail along the coast, anchor in new bays and enjoy the simple life on board: swimming, cooking together, resting on deck or exploring the islands. Those who are curious are also welcome to learn more about sailing and participate in the navigation and handling of the boat.
The week is suitable for both beginners and more experienced freedivers.
We sail with a comfortable sailing yacht or catamaran with shared cabins and space to relax on deck.
The contemporarily-styled sailboat comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests including crew. On deck, the sloping wraparound side decks allow for safe and seamless movement between the cockpit, foredeck and living spaces.
Although the boats can host more people, our group is limited to a maximum of 6 participants, creating a calm and spacious atmosphere on board.

Our journey begins in Dubrovnik and explores the southern Dalmatian coast.
Depending on wind and weather we may visit places such as:
• the Elaphiti Islands
• Mljet National Park
• the island of Korčula
• small coastal villages and quiet anchorages
The exact route remains flexible and will be adapted to the conditions and the rhythm of the group.
The cost of the freediving cruise is : 1890€ per person (Includes taxes and fees)

What's to be planned:
Mornings often begin slowly on the boat, sometimes with light movement, stretching or breathing exercises.
Before breakfast we usually have a freediving session in the water.
Later we sail to another bay or island, swim, explore the surroundings or simply spend time relaxing on the boat.
In the evening we either anchor in a quiet bay or stop in a small harbor. Some nights we cook together on board, other nights you can choose to go to a local restaurant.
Bruno Giustozzi
Bruno is a freediving instructor and movement teacher who has been teaching across Europe, Asia and Central America. For him, freediving is not just a sport but a way of exploring the relationship between breath, body and water.
His approach combines freediving with simple practices such as movement, stretching and body awareness. The intention is not to chase numbers or depth, but to feel more comfortable in the water and to approach the experience with curiosity.
Since 2020 Bruno has spent the summers on the Adriatic coast, teaching freediving and organizing small retreats by the sea.

Nicolas Ayme
Nicolas will be your skipper during the week.
He founded Freediving Cruises and has been organizing sailing and freediving trips since 2021 in places such as Croatia, Egypt, Türkiye, Greece and Italy.
Originally from Brittany in France, Nicolas grew up close to the ocean and has always felt at home on the water. After discovering freediving in Thailand in 2018, he later became a professional skipper in order to combine sailing and freediving into the trips he organizes today.
He brings years of experience at sea and a deep appreciation for the Mediterranean coastline, its islands and its clear waters.
