Holistic Massage in Berlin Kreuzberg – CALMA Bodywork

The method

I work primarily with acupressure points along the meridians.

The intention is to reawaken weaker areas and dissolve stagnation in the system. Different levels of pressure are applied depending on what the body needs.

Each session combines:

• physical muscular release
• a deeper internal and energetic aspect

This can support not only physical relaxation but also the release of held emotional patterns and a rebalancing of the organ systems.

The work is subtle, sometimes deep, but never forceful.

What to expect

Sessions take place in a calm and minimal setting in Berlin Kreuzberg.

You will lie on a massage table, either clothed or in underwear, depending on your preference.

The focus is on allowing the body to settle and respond.
