My coaching approach aims for balance and involves working with the body through movement and breathwork. Here, I can provide structure and develop an individual framework within which you have the space to unfold, finding strength, calmness, and relaxation. This allows you to regain trust in your body and see it's wonderful potential.
It is important for me to create circumstances where change can happen. Oftentimes, this means slowing down, removing stressors, expectations, and pressure so as to rediscover ease, grace, and joy. So that you can go towards a path that feels right for you.
In my coaching sessions we cover selected strength, mobility, and coordination exercises, relaxation practices, and various breathing tools.
Together, we look at what you like, what you might currently miss, and which goals you want to go towards. From there we develop a strategy with concrete steps.
